GFit is a signature class by Fitness Innovations Thailand. The course has been properly designed and structured by Lawrence Biscotini. This course would help anyone who wish to lead safe, effective and innovative group exercise programmes for existing  group fitness instructor, 1-1 Personal Trainers or Fitness enthusiasts.

We are currently the only provider that is offering GFit in Singapore. This course requires participants to posses a valid CPR certification. GFit is also approved by American Council on Exercise (ACE) with 1.7CECs.

Upon completing Sports Injuries course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand types and causes of common injuries resulting from sport activities
  • Identify anatomical structures that can be easily injured
  • Describe main symptoms and identify signs of common injuries
  • Assist with the post rehabilitation treatment plan to minimize risk of re-injury by designing specific exercises for each stage of healing process
  • Understand basic principle of exercise programming for clients with sport injuries
