This year’s AFC theme was “Fulfilling Promises”, how do you fulfill your promises made to yourself and your clients. We have over a THOUSAND delegates attended Asia Fitness Convention 2014 on 10-12 October at Thailand Bangkok – BITEC. This is our LARGEST turn out in the sixth running year since 2009. We’ll like to take this chance to thank everybody that has made this possible, dedicated and passionate trainers all over Asia.

Asia Fitness Convention has grown from a humble event to an significant event for the fitness industry to attend. We had coverage from several main stream media; The Washington Post by Sgt Ken.
Review by The Freeman – Philippines
“It was my second time to attend this convention and indeed promises were fulfilled. I can say I am more armed with new methods, new workouts, conditioning techniques and new equipment to help our fellow Filipinos to be fitter, stronger and healthier.
One of the most notable speaker and presenter was Sergeant Ken, also known as Ken Weichert in real life. Sergeant Ken is a six-time US Army Soldier of the Year, Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, and veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Desert Storm. In 1993, Sergeant Ken became a certified Master fitness trainer in the US Army. He has led more than thousands of soldiers to better health through Operation Fit to Fight.” – Alan G. Choachuy
