What is Metafit

Metafit® is a tough 30-minute high-intensity interval training class that keeps working your metabolism for up to 24 hours after you’ve finished. With Metafit® HIIT you use your own bodyweight to exercise for intense effort periods ranging from 5 seconds to 5 minutes long at 90 percent of your heart’s maximal rate, followed by varied recovery times at 45 percent.
