Ken is an ex military Physical Training Instructor with over 30 years experience in the Fitness Industry. With a vast knowledge of wealth in all areas of training including Group Fitness, Personal Training Club and Studio Management and being a Director and owner of a highly successful Products and Training company, Ken is passionate about sharing his experience. He was president of the Idea Water Fitness Committee (USA) is a Master Trainer for FAI ViPR, Schwinn Cycling, BOSU and Twist Conditioning and an IoM. He presents in the US, Canada, New Zealand, Asia and Australia on Aquatics, Boot Camp, BOSU, Outdoor training and Personal training as well as writing articles for several fitness magazines. Ken is the Director and Products and Education Manager for Perform Better Australia and QPEC, continually working on implementing the top training and research into courses for further accreditation points in Personal Training and Group Fitness. Ken is currently working on development of key Functional Aging Programs and development of Kids Active programs.
