The Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout, with over 10,000 coaches teaching worldwide. No equipment, no choreography and little space needed for a workout that gets amazing results in 30 minutes. To change their shape you must first change their metabolism. Metafit works!

The Metafit™ workouts can be used as a group studio class, Bootcamp or a one to one training session, Its tough, thats why it gets results!

Our simple and effective 1 day training course is outline below. No expensive ongoing fees. Each month you receive the new track, with all commands, work/rest intervals uploaded with an easy to use downloaded track. SIMPLE!

1 DAY METAFIT COURSE (LEVEL 2 ETM, FITNESS OR PT QUALIFIED ONLY)
Mobilisation, Activation and dynamic warm ups
Metabolic effects and Fat burning. Busting the myths/ Core not Abs
Interval and Tabata techniques
Bodyweight training progressions/ regressions
Teaching the Metafit 30 minute workout.

Dan Scanlon is an Australian fitness professional, with over 10 yearsโ€™ of varied experience in the industry. Dan manages the Metafit™ franchises for Australasia, Canada and the USA (East). Metafit™ is the original HIIT program that combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval techniques. Dan travels extensively training Metafit Coaches to deliver the true HIIT principals the brand is known for. He also owns and operates a successful personal training studio in Melbourne. Dan is equally passionate about developing Metafit Coaches around the world and helping people get fitter and stronger one on one.
