- Catered specifically for personal trainers with international certification; helping you to apply strategies you learnt in level 1 into programming practices (rapport, assessment, periodization and implementation strategies) you earned in your Certified Personal Trainer course.
- Learn how to make little changes to the way you pose which will attract the judge, the mirror or even your phone cameras for your social media pleasures!
- Learn the general Periodization Principles as well as the ACE IFT Model and Periodisation for Hypertrophy & Fat Loss and assessing clients for Health & Function prior to training
- Writing macrocycles, mesocycles and microcycles for clients who wants to lose body fat and increase muscle size
