WHO IS IT FOR?
For those wanting to specialise in working with mums and create a solid mum-focused fitness business, Safe Return to Exercise is the essential foundation layer.
The course this year is a virtual in-person course which means you turn up to our zoom-classroom as if we were in the same physical room.
The session is not recorded and you have to turn up to each session to gain your accreditation.
You have ongoing access to an online portal with videos to watch between each session – they are not long but offer further practice opportunities and understanding especially of the hands on and practical elements.
