A. Course fee refunds are not normally granted. If any student is unable to attend the course for which they have registered and paid Fit Singapore will allow a transfer of fees to another course date or the $ value can be kept as credit on their account for 12months (provided notice of more than 15 days is given). Any changes in student attendance made within 15 days of the course start date will incur a $50 Administration Fee.
A. Candidates wishing to postpone their studies to a later intake of a course or change to a different course must make this request more than 15 days prior to the course start date and are not entitled to a refund. Fees paid will be applied to the following or new course in full and the candidate must pay any difference if the alternative course is more expensive. Any substitute or later course must be taken with 12 months or payment will be forfeited.
A. Training may be cancelled if a minimum number of participants are not reached or any unforeseen circumstances occur and cause Fit Singapore or the educator to cancel the course. Any cancelation will be made within one month prior to training, with the exception of any last-minute cancelations that may occur due to circumstances outside of our control. All participants will receive a full refund or immediate transfer to a future/alternative training.

A. Yes, the Club House is well equipped with changing facilities and showers that are available for all the Fit Singapore students use, on the day(s) of your course.
A. For lunch you will get approximately 1 hour but timing and duration are determined by each individual educator. We are located next to 4 malls with plenty of dining options: Cedele, Soup Spoon, Salad Stop, Toastbox and a number of local eateries

A. Fit Singapore welcomes students who are coming from abroad. Please be aware that you must check with your appropriate immigration office to advise on any visa that may be required to visit Singapore. Our team here at Fit Singapore are not qualified to offer any advice on these matters. In line with our course cancelation policy, we recommended students traveling from abroad avoid booking their flights or ensure flexible fares for travel, in case of the unfortunate occurrence of a course being cancelled or re-scheduled.
A. Singapore is a very small city and is accessible on foot, public transport such as bus and MRT and taxis are also extremely well priced. We recommend you stay close to the venue located close to Novena MRT but if you choose to stay stay in an alternative area we are still very easy to get to. We recommend you use hotel search site such as Hotels.com, Agoda and Expedia. If you prefer a more “homey” feel then you can also check out Air BnB.
A. CEC stands for Continuing Education Credit. A CEC is a unit of credit equal to a set number of hours’ participation in an accredited program designed for professionals with certificates or licenses to practice in the fitness profession. Each CEC value will vary depending on the accrediting body you are under.
A. Your certificate will be printed with the exact name as stated on your application form at time of enrolment. If any students request to alter the name, re-print or get duplicate copies there will be an Administration Fee of $20 per soft copy and $30 per hard copy. Please note there will be processing time of up to 30 days, particularly when it is from a third-party training provider. For any Certification Courses such as ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach and NSCA’s Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist you will be required to contact the appropriate certification body directly and Admin Fees may vary.
Please note we can only ensure the record of certificates for a 1 year period. Anything over cannot be guaranteed and it is extremely unlikely for requests over a 24 month period.

A. Yes, we welcome our students to use the gym here at Fit Singapore during the course days only. Please ensure you check in at the gym counter and advise that staff your name and the course you are attending so they can provide you with a guest pass.
