Dexter Tay

Dexter has been in the industry for 14 years now and has had experience in Fitness First Singapore as a Membership Manager and Assistant Club Manager. He then set up his own Fitness Consultancy company, Fitness Index, specializing in the hospitality industry – Ritz Carlton Singapore, Pan Pacific Marina & Ramada @ Zhongshan were among his clients. Prior to coming on board, he was the Head Coach for three Anytime Fitness Singapore clubs, responsible for training and education; which resulted in PT penetration & revenue doubling, during his tenure.
Dexter teaches for FTI Australia, Trigger Point Therapy & Smart Tools; having taught in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia & Pakistan. He is also currently an IoM Health Coach, working closely with Sports SG.
He has written three courses which are ACE-accredited and will continue to develop quality content for Fit Singapore and the industry
