Managing Director in FITM, Fitness Educator FIT Asia, Regional Manager FIT Asia

Jerrican Tan co-founded Fitness Innovations Malaysia (FITM) in the year 2007 and has since managed this regionally renowned education centre for fitness professionals. He has been a prominent fitness educator for FIT establishments in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and India for nearly a decade and is a key fitness industry advisor for local universities offering sports and exercise science programmes. In 2018 Jerrican took over the Management of all FIT offie and is now the Managing Director for Fit Asia Group.

Having been coached and mentored by Fabio Comana (world class exercise physiologist, fitness presenter for NASM and previously with ACE) and Dr. Suzanne Hosley (world class fitness educator, founder of FIT Thailand and Asia Fitness Convention), Jerrican delivers preparation courses & continuing education courses for a number of international fitness certifications such as American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

In addition to his outstanding educational contributions, Jerrican serves as a fitness advisor for Men’s Health Malaysia and is on the panel as a state bodybuilding judge. Prior to co-founding FITM, he was a Malaysia national junior bodybuilding champion and had solid years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager for an international fitness chain. Jerrican is a big believer in training with a purpose and is very persistent in developing & training more fitness professionals to help the public live a healthier and fitter lifestyle.
